Rialto is a residential district in Dublin's south inner city, sitting along the Grand Canal just 3 kilometres from the city centre. You'll reach it easily via the South Circular Road, with the M50 motorway nearby for those coming from further afield. The Grand Canal runs straight through the area, creating a lovely waterway corridor that's lined with restored period buildings alongside modern apartment blocks. It's this mix of old Dublin architecture and contemporary living that gives Rialto its distinct character as a proper inner-city neighbourhood.
