Reedness is a small East Yorkshire village sitting in the flat, drained countryside between the Ouse and Trent rivers. Reach it via the A161 from Goole, 7km west, which connects to the M62 for longer journeys to Hull or Leeds. The area has about 30 EV charging points nearby, mostly in Goole. The 12th-century church of St Nicholas houses a rare medieval wooden effigy of a knight in chain mail.
