Ravenscliffe occupies Bradford's northern fringe along the A658 Harrogate Road, with the city centre just a kilometre south. The M606 provides motorway access three kilometres away, whilst Leeds Bradford Airport lies 8 kilometres northeast. The area sits above the Aire Valley on typical Pennine terrain, experiencing the region's characteristic wet climate. The converted Victorian hospital with its prominent clock tower remains the most recognisable local landmark.
