Ranskill is a small Nottinghamshire village on the A638, near the South Yorkshire border. It's easily reached from the A1(M) motorway, about 10km west, or via the A57 and A614. The village serves as a convenient cut-through between major routes, with decent EV charging nearby in Bawtry and Retford. St Barnabas church boasts a rare wooden bell tower from medieval times.
