Rackham is a small West Sussex village in the South Downs, reached via local lanes from the A283 Storrington-Petworth road or the A24 from Brighton. Popular routes include short trips from Storrington (5 km) and longer journeys from London via the A24 through Horsham. The 13th-century church tower of St. Margaret has guided travelers across the downs for seven centuries.
