Puckeridge is a small Hertfordshire village just off the A10, about 30 miles north of London via Standon. The A120 provides eastern access through Braughing, whilst local B-roads connect to neighbouring villages and railway stations at Hertford or Ware. Stansted Airport is 20 miles southeast. The village sits near the ancient route of Ermine Street, the Roman road to York.
