Postbridge lies at the heart of Dartmoor, reached via the scenic B3212 that crosses the moor between Yelverton and Moretonhampstead. The village makes an ideal base for exploring Dartmoor's granite tors and ancient landscapes, with about 16 fast EV chargers nearby for electric vehicles. Its medieval clapper bridge, built from massive granite slabs without mortar, has spanned the East Dart River for over 700 years.
