Pollington is a small East Yorkshire village positioned between Snaith and Goole in flat agricultural country. The A645 provides the main access route west to M62 junction 34, connecting to Leeds and Hull, whilst local roads link to Snaith and the A19. The area has over 50 EV charging points nearby. The village's medieval church contains remarkable 14th-century wall paintings discovered during 1960s restoration work.
