Polegate is a market town in East Sussex, well-positioned on the A27 between Eastbourne and Hailsham. The A22 provides the main route to London via the M25, whilst the A27 connects coastal destinations from Brighton to Hastings. With over 40 EV charging points nearby and good rail links to London Victoria, it's both a commuter hub and gateway to the South Downs. The town's 1817 windmill still operates, grinding flour using traditional methods.
