Point Pleasant is a small residential area in North Tyneside, just east of Newcastle along the River Tyne's north bank. Take the A187 from Newcastle city centre or connect via the A19 from further afield. The area sits near Wallsend, famous for being the eastern terminus of Hadrian's Wall at Segedunum Roman Fort.
