Pledwick is a small community just south of Wakefield in West Yorkshire, easily reached via the A61 from the city centre. The area sits on gently rolling terrain typical of this part of Yorkshire, with good connections to the M1 at Junction 39 for longer journeys to Leeds or Sheffield.
