Plashett is a small Carmarthenshire village reached via the A4066, which connects to the A40 trunk road for access from Swansea or Pembrokeshire. Most routes are local runs to nearby Laugharne and Pendine, though some visitors arrive from further afield. There are roughly 40 EV charging points in the wider area. The village provides easy access to Laugharne Castle, where Dylan Thomas found inspiration for his poetry.
