Plasau lies in western Shropshire's countryside near the Welsh border, reached via the A5 from Shrewsbury or A495 from Oswestry through quiet lanes connecting scattered villages. The area serves as a gateway between England and Wales, with the M54 accessible via Shrewsbury for longer journeys. The local church houses a rare 15th-century wooden screen, one of Shropshire's few surviving examples.
