Perran Downs lies in west Cornwall between Rosudgeon and Saint Hilary, reached via the A394 from Penzance or the A30. The area sits on elevated ground above Mount's Bay, experiencing typical Cornish maritime conditions with Atlantic breezes year-round. With over 40 EV charging points nearby and proximity to RNAS Culdrose helicopter base, it's named after Saint Piran, Cornwall's patron saint.
