Pendleton is a tiny Missouri River valley community of 23 people in Warren County, about 60 miles west of St. Louis. Take I-70 west to Highway 19 north, or follow scenic Highway 94 through wine country. The nearest EV charging is in Warrenton. The 1888 one-room schoolhouse still stands from the area's German settlement days.
