Pencarrow lies in North Cornwall's countryside, just outside Camelford market town. Reach it via the A39 Atlantic Highway from most directions, or take the scenic B3266 from the south through typical Cornish lanes. The A30 provides the main trunk connection from Exeter and beyond.
