Pembrey sits on Carmarthenshire's coast between the Gwendraeth Estuary and Carmarthen Bay, a former mining village turned coastal destination. Reach it via the A484 from either Carmarthen or the M4 (Junction 48, then A4138). The village boasts Wales' only licensed motor racing circuit, where engines roar across the dunes on race days.
