Peakirk is a small Cambridgeshire village in the fens north of Peterborough, reached via the A15 through Glinton or local roads from the A47. The flat, agricultural landscape reflects the area's fenland heritage. The village is known for Peakirk Waterfowl Gardens, where free-flying flamingos roam landscaped grounds that have welcomed visitors since the 1950s.
