Park Barn is a residential area on elevated ground just south of Guildford, reached via the A3 from Junction 10 of the M25. The A281 and local roads provide access from Guildford town centre, whilst the A31 Hog's Back offers an east-west alternative. Popular routes include local trips to Godalming and Woking, plus longer journeys to London or Portsmouth. The area boasts over 150 fast EV charging points nearby. Park Barn sits close to Guildford Lido, one of England's few surviving 1930s outdoor pools with original Art Deco features.
