Oxshott

Oxshott lies between Leatherhead and Esher in Surrey's commuter belt, about 30km from central London via the A3 and A244. The village sits on elevated North Downs terrain with heathland and commons. The A244 forms the main spine road, whilst country lanes connect to Claygate and Cobham. Oxshott Heath remains a working common where ponies graze under centuries-old commoners' rights.
