Ousby

England

England

Ousby is a small Cumbrian village in the Eden Valley, positioned between the Lake District and North Pennines. Access is via the A686 from Penrith, connecting to the M6 at Junction 40. The A686 serves both local traffic to nearby settlements and long-distance routes toward Alston and Hadrian's Wall. The village church houses a rare 12th-century wooden knight's effigy.
