Osborne lies on the Isle of Wight's north coast near East Cowes, reached by ferry from Portsmouth or Southampton then a brief drive along the A3021. Most routes are local island journeys, with the B3325 offering scenic access via Whippingham. Over 250 EV charging points serve the island. The area centres on Osborne House, Queen Victoria's Italianate palace where she spent her final years overlooking the Solent.
