Ormeau lies just south of Belfast city centre across the River Lagan, reached via the A24 Ormeau Road. The area connects easily to the M1, M2, and M3 motorways, with George Best Belfast City Airport 8km away. Once industrial, it's now a cultural quarter centred on the Ormeau Baths Gallery, a converted Victorian bathhouse that's become one of Ireland's top contemporary art venues.
