Oritor lies five kilometres from Cookstown on the A29, surrounded by Tyrone's characteristic rolling farmland. The A29 provides the main north-south link, whilst local roads connect eastward to the M1 corridor for Belfast access. Electric vehicle charging is available at roughly 18 fast chargers nearby, mainly in Cookstown. The area sits close to Tullaghoge Fort, the ancient coronation site of Ulster's O'Neill kings.
