Old Shoreham lies in the Adur Valley between the South Downs and Shoreham-by-Sea, accessible via the A283 from the A27 coastal route. The A23 from London connects through to the A27, whilst locals often use Upper Shoreham Road through the water meadows. With over 350 EV charging points nearby and bus links to Shoreham station, it's well-connected despite its rural setting. The Saxon round tower of St. Nicolas Church, dating from around 1030, remains one of Sussex's oldest working ecclesiastical buildings.
