Old Hill sits in the Black Country between Dudley and West Bromwich, easily reached via the A4018 from M5 Junction 2. The area connects well to neighboring towns through the A4092 and local B-roads, with Cradley Heath station nearby for rail links. The former mining community is now home to Saltwells Nature Reserve, where Victorian limestone quarries have become woodland walks with rare geological features.
