Old Ditcham is a small Hampshire settlement five kilometres northwest of Petersfield, positioned on elevated ground near the South Downs. Access is via the A272 from Petersfield, then minor roads through South Harting, or alternatively through West Harting from the A286. Long-distance visitors typically use the A3 to Petersfield. The area has over 80 EV charging points nearby. The village is named after Old Ditcham Camp, an Iron Age hill fort whose earthwork ramparts remain clearly visible above the surrounding countryside.
