Oaktree Hill lies in North Yorkshire's Vale of Mowbray, five kilometres southwest of Northallerton between the Dales and North York Moors. Access via the A167 from A1(M) Junction 51, or the A684 from the west. With approximately 50 EV charging points nearby and good links to Northallerton, it's well-connected despite its rural setting. The village is named after a centuries-old landmark oak that once topped the local hill.
