Nutcombe is a small Surrey village near the Hampshire border, set amongst the wooded hills of the Surrey Hills AONB. Access is via the A3 through Hindhead, with local roads connecting to Grayshott and surrounding villages. Electric vehicle charging is well-served with over 80 fast chargers in the area. The village is notable for its proximity to RAF Odiham, where Chinook helicopters regularly conduct training flights overhead.
