Northcott, Devon 2

Northcott is a small Devon village in the Culm Valley, between Culmstock and Uffculme. Reach it via the A38 from Wellington, about 8km south, with the M5 accessible at Junction 27. Taunton is 20 minutes northwest, Exeter 30 minutes southeast. The village church of St. Bartholomew houses a remarkable 15th-century painted rood screen.
