Nordley is a small Shropshire village reached via the A458 from Bridgnorth, 5km southeast. The A442 provides wider connections to Telford and beyond, whilst the B4555 offers a prettier route through the countryside. Local traffic centers on short trips between nearby villages like Linley Brook and Astley Abbots, plus regular movements to RAF Cosford. The name derives from Old English meaning "north wood."
