No Place is a County Durham village just southwest of Gateshead, reached via the A693 through Stanley or the A692 from Newcastle. The A1(M) at Junction 63 connects long-distance visitors through the A167. Over 350 EV charging points serve the area, particularly around Gateshead's retail parks. The village takes its distinctive name from a 19th-century coaching inn called "The Noplace Inn."
