New Rayne is a small farming village in rural Aberdeenshire, about 40 kilometres northwest of Aberdeen via the A96 and local roads through Insch. The area has roughly 20 EV charging points scattered across the wider region. It's part of an unusual cluster of similarly named settlements including Old Rayne and North Rayne, all rooted in the area's rich agricultural tradition.
