Mott's Mill is a small East Sussex settlement reached via the A264 from the M25 or locally through Groombridge on the B2110. Set in High Weald countryside between Lye Green and Balls Green, it's popular with ramblers exploring Ashdown Forest. Around 60 EV charging points serve the area. The village is named after a watermill that ground grain for local farms until the early 1900s.
