Moorends
England
England
Moorends is a former mining village in South Yorkshire's flat agricultural country, 8 kilometers north of Doncaster. Reach it via Junction 6 of the M18, then follow local roads through Thorne. The A614 provides the main north-south route, whilst the A161 runs east-west toward Goole. It's perfectly placed for exploring the Thorne and Hatfield Moors, England's largest lowland raised bog complex.
