Monkhams is a residential area in northeast London, sitting between Woodford Wells and Woodford Green. The A104 provides the main route into central London, whilst the nearby M25 (junction 26 via A104/A121) connects to the wider motorway network. With over 7000 EV charging points across the region, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The area retains original cast iron railings on many Victorian houses.
