Mintsfeet

Mintsfeet lies just outside Kendal in the southern Lakes, serving as a gateway between the market town and the national park proper. The A591 from M6 junction 36 provides the main access via Kendal, whilst the A6 offers an alternative route through the Kent valley. The settlement benefits from over 40 fast EV charging points nearby, making it practical for electric vehicle touring. The historic Public Wash House and Baths with adjoining conveniences remains a rare intact example of Victorian public health provision.
