Milltown sits about 6 kilometres south of Dublin city centre, a handy residential spot between town and the Dublin Mountains. The N11 through Donnybrook gets you there directly from the centre, while airport traffic usually takes the M50 to the N11 junction. Local roads like Milltown Road and Dundrum Road connect you easily to Rathmines and Dundrum for shopping or onwards to Wicklow.
