Millhayes lies in Devon's Culm Valley, just off the A373 between Honiton and Cullompton. From the M5 Junction 28, it's a straightforward 20-kilometer drive west through Hemyock. The village sits near the Somerset border amongst the Blackdown Hills, with over 50 EV charging points available in nearby market towns. The Victorian stone bridge crossing the River Culm still displays the original construction crew's engineering marks carved into its parapet.
