Mayhill perches on Swansea's northern hills, roughly 2km from the city centre with sweeping views over the bay. Reach it via the A4067 through Townhill or the A483 from the M4's Junction 45. The elevated position means slightly cooler temperatures than the coastal areas below. With approximately 80 fast EV chargers around greater Swansea, electric vehicle access is well-covered. The hill itself rises over 200 metres, making this one of Swansea's highest residential districts.
