Mayesbrook forms part of the sprawling Becontree estate in Barking and Dagenham, easily reached via the A13 from central London or the A1306 from the M25. The area sits on flat Thames estuary terrain with excellent EV charging coverage. The estate famously became the world's largest council housing development when completed in the 1930s.
