Access is straightforward via the A7 from Princes Street or the A701 from the west, with Edinburgh Airport about 12 kilometers away. The area connects well to nearby Bruntsfield and The Meadows parkland, with over 200 EV charging points available locally. The neighborhood is notable for housing the Art Deco Warrender Swim Centre from the 1930s.
