Marcham is an Oxfordshire village in the Vale of White Horse, five kilometres west of Abingdon via the A415. Most drivers approach from the A34, exiting at Abingdon and following signs through Frilford. The village has Norman origins and was transferred from Berkshire in 1974, sitting amid flat farmland between the Thames and the ancient Ridgeway. All Saints Church features a 13th-century tower with six bells, including one from 1623.
