Mannal is a small settlement on Tiree, Scotland's most westerly inhabited island in the Inner Hebrides. Reached by CalMac ferry from Oban (four hours) or flights from Glasgow to nearby Tiree Airport. The A879 connects island communities, with local roads linking Mannal to neighbouring Balemartine and Hynish. Despite its remote Atlantic location, Tiree enjoys more annual sunshine than anywhere else in Scotland.
