Maidenhead

England

England

Maidenhead lies on the Thames 25 miles west of London, reached via M4 Junction 8/9 or the A4 through town. The A404(M) provides links north to High Wycombe whilst local routes include the A308 to nearby Windsor. Fast rail connections reach London Paddington in under 30 minutes. The town's remarkable feature is Brunel's 1838 railway bridge, whose impossibly flat brick arches still carry trains today.
