Lyre is a small settlement in County Cork right on the N20, the main route between Cork city and Limerick. It's about 30 kilometres north of Cork and just 8 kilometres from Mallow, which serves as the local hub for services. Coming from Dublin, you'd take the M8 south to the N20 junction near Buttevant. Despite being only 12 hectares, Lyre sees plenty of traffic as it sits on one of Ireland's busiest north-south corridors. Electric vehicle drivers will find about 14 fast chargers in nearby Mallow.
