Luzley occupies a prime spot in eastern Greater Manchester, where urban development meets the Pennine foothills. Access is straightforward via Junction 23 of the M60, with the A635 providing the main route in. The A62 from Manchester and A670 from Rochdale serve regional traffic, whilst local roads connect the surrounding mill towns like Mossley Cross and Hazelhurst. The Former Municipal Baths building remains a striking example of Victorian civic architecture.
