Lutton is a small Devon village on Dartmoor's southern edge, reached via Junction 8 off the A38 and local roads through Cornwood. The B3416 provides the main route, connecting to Plymouth and Plympton. With approximately 100 EV charging points in the wider Plymouth area, it offers good access to both Dartmoor walking and the South Devon coast. The distinctive white spoil heaps of Lee Moor clay works dominate the local skyline.
