Lusk

united kingdom

Lusk is a handy spot in north County Dublin, about 30 minutes from the city via the M1 motorway. Take the R127 exit to reach the town centre, which sits 5 kilometres inland from the Irish Sea. The R127 coastal road connects you to Skerries and Rush, while the R132 heads north to Balbriggan and Drogheda. Dublin Airport is only 15 kilometres south, making it grand for travellers. The town's got plenty of EV charging points and serves as a useful stop between Dublin and points north. The Heritage Centre is housed in a proper 15th-century tower house where you can still climb the original spiral staircase.
