Lower Lye is a small Herefordshire village near the Welsh border, reached via the A4110 and local lanes connecting to the A49 trunk road. The area has over twenty EV charging points scattered across the rural network. Most notably, despite its name, Lower Lye actually sits at a higher elevation than neighbouring Upper Lye just a kilometre away.
